Dr. Pawluk joined Mom’s House and became Certified as a Senior Transition Specialist to help people be able to make the transition to Senior Living circumstances easier, more efficient and less stressful. Dr Pawluk is a retired Family doctor and for the last 20 years a holistic physician. He also had a several decades long role as a Managed Care Medical Director, providing back-up and support to case managers and discharge planners. In his family life he has also been involved with multiple family members going through the senior transition process from Senior Living, skilled care and memory care. He carries this passion and knowledge for helping seniors into his work with Mom’s House.
